*The Sports Vouchers Plus program is a Government of South Australia
initiative administered by the Office for Recreation, Sport and Racing. The
program provides an opportunity for primary school aged children from
Reception to Year 9 to receive up to a $200 discount (2x $100 vouchers) on
sports or dance membership/registration fees. The 2 vouchers can be used
together or separately and must still be eligible for sports vouchers claimed
through this registration. You will be required to complete extra details during
the registration process in order to be eligible for the sports voucher discount.

^HA/HSA fee requires full upfront payment but upon successful claiming of
the sport voucher $85.00 will be reimbursed.

Hockey SA and Hockey Australia fee portion of the subs are paid directly to
HSA/HA online via credit card.
-You can choose to pay your NHC fees online immediately via credit card. You
will be charged a 3.5% + GST fee.
-By opting to pay via cash/cheque/bank transfer you will not need to pay any
NHC fee upfront and you will have until 31st May to pay directly to the club.
Nuriootpa Hockey Club fees cover all match and training fees.
All players need to register BEFORE their first game to be eligible to play.
